Bowen are awarded contract for construction of first phase - (December 13th 2005)

Bowen Construction commenced on site on Monday 25th April 2005 on the Car Showroom and the site works to the front of the park. Work is due to complete at Christmas 2005. The first office block is due to commence early in January. 50% of this unit is already let.
